Rooms Unlike Any Other

A credit card is required to book a stay/tour/class. As Villa Anita DV is a small non-profit with only a few rooms available, all sales are final. In most circumstances, cancellation policy is strict. However, room credits for a future stay within one year of booking may be awarded in certain cases. 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that appear to be fraudulent or inappropriate activity on behalf of the customer. Photos of the guest rooms are representative of the general design and decor. However, the rooms are continually updated with new items and decor for sale. 

In the interest of all guests, smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Grills and cook tops are not permitted inside the rooms. 

Villa Anita DV accepts pets under 20 lbs with a fee of 50$ per night. 

Pets over 20 lbs are accepted with a fee of 100$ per night. 

Normal Check-In : 3pm - 7pm

Late Check-In : 7:30pm - 10pm : 35$ fee

Night Check in : 10pm - 12pm : 65$ fee

Normal Check-Out : 11am

Free parking is available on the property.
