Villa Anita DV is more than just a place to stay the night. It is a growing interactive large-scale art installation, where you can meet and stay with the artists that are creating it. Completely one-of-a-kind, Villa Anita DV has become a unique experience for guests to experience a way of life in the desert. Combining qualities of boutique hotels, art museums, botanical gardens, learning classroom, and spiritual spaces, Villa Anita has become the convergence of sculpture, architecture, and living in the Mojave desert.
The property at Villa Anita is an expanse of artfully curated guest cabins, lush gardens, common rooms, creative spaces, and unique venues for parties, weddings, classes, workshops and more. No matter who or what you are, there is something for you to discover at Villa Anita. If you are looking for an experience that engages all the senses, look no further. Villa Anita is the place for you!
It is important to know the ever-evolving nature of Villa Anita is a result of the constant work the artists in residence contribute on a daily basis. This means you will see paint buckets, piles of wood, pallets, and other materials around the property.

"The experience of Villa Anita is well beyond just a pit stop, you will be welcomed, entertained, fed with love and more than well cared for while you roam this funky artsy atmosphere, and make some soulful new friends."
"Leave your expectations at home and be open to the big, fat, enveloping artistry of Villa Anita. This was not a "stay," but rather an experience that unfolded in discoveries and delights. The villa itself is a labyrinth of art across media, funky to fine and designed, I think, to keep you wandering and wondering and wanting for more."
